🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Where we ship:
Australia-wide only (for now).

Shipping cost:
$10 flat-rate standard shipping on all orders under $99
FREE standard shipping on orders $99+
• Express Post upgrade available at checkout

Dispatch time frame:
• Orders sent within 3 business days
• During sales or peak periods, please allow 7–10 business days

Carrier:
• All orders are shipped via Australia Post (tracked)
• Tracking link is emailed once your order has been dispatched

Pre-Orders:
If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please order separately.

Returns

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We get it - sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer easy returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ What’s eligible

✔ Returns accepted within 30 days
✔ Size exchanges available (if stock is available)
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached

❌ What’s not eligible

✘ Final sale or clearance items
✘ Items that have been worn, washed or damaged
✘ Change-of-mind returns on heavily discounted items

Faulty or Defective Item

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described:

  1. Email hello@mwcac.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the fault
  2. If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and return instructions
  3. Once received and inspected, you can choose a replacement, store credit or refund

✅ Applies only to genuine faults, not wear & tear

🔁 Change of Mind / Incorrect Size Return

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind:

  1. Email hello@mwcac.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll send a prepaid postage label invoice, which includes a $4.95 restocking fee
  3. Return the garment in original, unworn condition with all tags & packaging
  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund minus the $4.95 restock fee

✔ Exchanges are treated as a new purchase - we recommend re-ordering the correct size to secure stock
✔ Refunds are issued once the garment is received and inspected
✔ Restocking fee covers handling, repackaging & processing

💳 Restocking Fee (Change of Mind / Size Change)

A flat $4.95 restocking fee applies to returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Deciding not to keep the item

This fee helps cover return processing, repackaging and handling.
(If the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, no fee applies.)

📌 Important details

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
  • Exchanges are not guaranteed - stock moves fast, so we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original

Delivery

⏱️ DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking.

Dispatch time frame:
• Orders are packed and sent within 3 business days
• During sales or peak periods, dispatch may take 7–10 business days

Delivery timeframe:
Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post will provide the most accurate delivery estimate via your tracking link.

Delivery time will depend on your location and local postal network.

📩 You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has left our warehouse.

International Orders

🌏 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within Australia only.

If you're located outside Australia and would love to order, we’re happy to help - we can manually quote international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

How to request an international order:

  1. Email hello@mwcac.com.au
  2. Include your shipping country, suburb/postcode and the items you’d like to order
  3. We’ll reply with a shipping quote + payment link if you wish to proceed

💳 Payment is processed in AUD
⚠️ All customs, duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

Pre-Order

🕒 PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

Pre-order items are not yet in stock and will be shipped once production is complete and your order is ready to dispatch.

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving it in advance - this guarantees your size and avoids missing out when the new stock arrives.

✅ How Pre-Orders Work

  1. Add the pre-order item to cart and checkout as normal
  2. Your order is secured + paid upfront
  3. We’ll keep you updated via email as your order progresses
  4. Once stock arrives, we pack and ship your order immediately

📦 Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once all items are ready.

Need your in-stock items sooner? Just place two separate orders.

🗓 Estimated Dispatch Dates

Estimated dates are shown on each product page .

These are estimates only - delays can sometimes occur due to shipping, customs, or manufacturing timelines outside our control.

🔁 Pre-Order Cancellations & Changes

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a refund up until the item has arrived in our warehouse.

Once stock is in transit or delivered, our standard returns policy applies.

Variations

As part of standard garment production, minor variations may occur in print placement, colour depth and sizing (±1–2cms). These are not considered faults and are common across all premium sublimated apparel.

We follow industry-accepted tolerances to ensure every piece meets quality, durability and comfort expectations - no two shirts or dresses will ever be exactly identical, and that’s part of what makes each unique.
