We currently only ship within Australia.

• Flat-rate shipping: $10.00 AUD
• Dispatch time frame: Within 3 business days
• Courier: Australia Post (tracked)

You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on the move. Please allow up to 3 business days after placing your order to receive this notification.

Preorders: If your order includes a preordered item, your full order will be held and shipped together once all items are ready to go.

International Orders:
We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. If you’re located overseas and would love to place an order, please email our team at hello@mumswhocaravanandcamp.com.au to chat about your shipping options.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer Easy Returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Here’s what you need to know:

✅ Returns accepted within 30 days
✅ No restocking fees
❌ No returns on final sale or clearance items
❌ No returns on worn or washed garments
❌ No exchanges due to change of mind

To start a return:

📧 Email us at hello@mumswhocaravanandcamp.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
📦 Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on where to send your item.

Important Notes:

• Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
• Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly from www.mumswhocaravanandcamp.com.au.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.
