WHY PRE ORDER?

Our super trendy designs tend to fly off the shelves faster than you can say 'Add to Cart!' Pre ordering is the savvy move to snag that fresh gear and avoid FOMO. We typically open up pre orders 4-5 weeks before our goodies arrive.

 

 

HOW DOES "PRE ORDER" WORK?

You place your Pre Order now, we ship it out as soon as our stock arrives. The expected delivery period of Pre Order items is noted in the description of the individual products on our website.

Please have a read of the following Pre Order terms before completing your purchase.

• Deposits or part payments are not required. At the time of placing your Pre Order you will need to pay the full RRP.
• Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a delayed period between the purchase of your product and the actual delivery of the product.
• Sorry friends, we aren't able to split orders. Orders containing a mix of In Stock and Pre Order items or a mix of Pre Order items with different expected delivery dates will be shipped out together with the Pre Order item/s with the latest delivery date. If you would like to purchase a mix of Pre Order and In Stock items or Pre Order items with different expected delivery dates, please process these as separate orders. Orders for In Stock items are dispatched from Melbourne within three business days (weekday) unless otherwise stated.
• If you have selected an Express Post upgrade, your Pre Order will ship out via Express Post when our stock arrives at Mums Who Caravan and Camp HQ.
• We try our best to list an accurate expected shipping date. Due to unexpected hiccups like customs delays or inclement weather on the high seas, delivery dates are subject to change and our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.
• Standard return and exchange policies apply to all Pre Orders
