Q. Where are items shipped from?
All items are despatched from Melbourne, Australia unless otherwise stated within the product description.
Q. Do you offer pick-ups?
Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer pick ups
Q. How do I measure my fit?
We advise you to grab a garment from home that is your required fit, lay this on a flat surface and measure arm pit to arm pit as it lays flat, this is called 'chest 1/2' this will give you the best fit.
All garments have size charts to refer to and sizing does differ for each supplier so please use each size chart as your reference point.
Q. What is the returns & exchange Policy?
We offer Easy Returns

- No restocking fee
- No returns accepted on final sale items
Please email our team to start your return request. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return notification with your shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
All returns must be in original state.
No returns will be accepted if garment shows sign of wear.
Exchanges are not applicable due to change of mind.

Q. What if my garment is Faulty?
If your purchase is damaged or faulty in any way, we ask that you contact us at hello@mwcac.com.au with a photo of the issue and your order number. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
Once assessed by our team, we will provide a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
Q. How long are pre-orders?
Pre-order turnaround time is 4-7 weeks depending on the item and supplier.
Please note any pre-order items are unable to be exchanged or refunded. We suggest measuring your size against the size chart or contacting us for help at hello@mwcac.com.au
Expected dispatch times are advised on each product in item description, please allow until this time for a tracking email to be sent.
*Credit or exchange on faulty goods, item must NOT be used or worn. Photo evidence must be provided via email
