Welcome to Mums Who Caravan and Camp! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing from our store.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Mums Who Caravan and Camp (MWCAC). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mums Who Caravan and Camp.

2. Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and offer refunds, replacements, and repairs as required by law.

Under ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice. 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes are listed on Australia Post website and may vary based on your location.

You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect address details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

In summary:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless item is faulty)

6. Affiliate Program Terms

We love our community and appreciate when you share the MWCAC love. However, to ensure fairness:

Affiliate commission will not be paid on:

  • Purchases made using your own affiliate link
  • Orders that include sale or discounted items

Affiliate accounts that breach this policy may be reviewed and, if necessary, suspended.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and video — is the property of Mums Who Caravan and Camp and is protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use our content without express written permission.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are available for a limited time and cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Discount codes cannot be used on gift cards or combined with other offers.

We do our best to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
