Night 1 – Lamb Souvlaki Wraps
We started with a classic roast lamb dinner, but instead of stopping there, we shredded the leftovers and turned them into Lamb Souvlaki Wraps!
- Wrapped the lamb in soft, homemade naan bread (get our 2-ingredient naan recipe here!)
- Our 8-year-old loved it so much she asked for it again the next night!
Night 2 – Quick Lamb Ragu (Pasta Night!)
A rich, saucy pasta dish that our 5-year-old devoured (with extra parmesan, of course!).
Night 3 – Lamb Shepherd’s Pie
Used the last of the shredded lamb, added veggies & thick gravy, and topped with fluffy mashed potato.
💡 TOP TIP!
If your meat is getting scarce, add a can of brown lentils – trust me, no one will know. 😉
Night 4 – Lamb Pizza Night
Turned the last scraps of lamb into homemade pizzas!
